About the Author I was born in the Ukraine, 3 months premature, on January 23rd, 1990. At the age of 1 I was found on the streets, naked, alone, and cold. At that point I was placed into an orphanage where I would be held captive, until I was 2 1/2 years old, when I would find a home with my parents R & K Idskou. I've struggled to make a name for myself, and while I've always excelled in writing, I've been particularly blessed by my creativity in poems. I have a dark writing style, which helps me relate to a lot of people. I also, while religious and do not go to church, have a strong belief in God and Jesus. I feel I can relate and connect on many levels of a persons life. The biggest hold back for me is that I have Aspergers, a high functioning form of Autism.

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. must read By Amazon Customer As someone who has bullied and tormented the author in middle school this book really hits home. I guess you never know someone's story until they let it out as Brandon does in this journey. I wasn't comfortable with myself and took it out on him and have felt guilty ever since. This book has touched me and I will take this lesson learned with me wherever I may go. You only know what people tell you and I had no idea his journey had been so tough. Perhaps if I'd known I would have lent him a helping hand.

From the eyes and feelings of someone who has accomplished so much as to be able to even to sit down write a book. Buy this book and give it to a friend, doctor, relative, mother, father, case worker, nurse and anyone who has or knows someone as a teaching aid to improve the life of someone you love and care about.
