Teacher' who still thinks he's in the army to 'Tether Ball' and 'New Kid,' we can all relate. And the language and imagery make the book fun and insightful for the youngest reader too. Highly recommended!

Even the youngest children will recognize the daily rituals and experiences as they're expressed in charmingly simple verse. A wonderful conversation starter for families.
