This book, which was a yearlong project has been completely directed by six year old Rory Munt. It is the companion book to "Autism: Expressions of a non-verbal child." This is the other side of the story. This is Rory's story. You will see that I start out from my perspective, because Rory wouldn’t remember when she was very young (I don’t think), and then I turn the writing over to her, as she is very capable. This is a sometimes funny, sometimes off-topic, and sometimes quite honest, personal look at what it’s like to be six and have a younger brother diagnosed with severe autism.

About the Author Rory Munt, started working on this book at the age of six. At the time of publishing, she just turned seven years old. As a six year old, Rory chose all the pictures, dictated much of the content, and even typed some of the contents herself. Being a “first born” she is a precocious child. We are often amazed at the wisdom that comes out of her. She worked very hard on this book and would absolutely love it if this made her “famous.” As an author, Rory's grandmother, Pam Horton, has published four previous works, and has a historical fiction still in progress. Her last book, “Autism: Expressions of a non-verbal child” is the companion book to this one and is the book that sparked Rory’s desire to tell her own story.
