It reminded me of the present love to focus on By shira This book has brought me comfort, peace and clarity in times when I never thought my heart was capable of feeling such things. It reminded me of the present love to focus on, the importance of focusing in the moment and the power of focusing on what is right in front of me in this exact moment of time. There has been nights where reading this book was the only thing that put my mind at ease. It helped me feel someone understood what it's like to be running around in your own head and that they knew just the right solutions to bring me calm and tranquility. I've read this book almost twice through now, and will continue to do so over and over. Thank you, Laurie , for writing this.

And in that space I found my Self." Laurie Laurie's book of poems and self-reflections describes beautifully the journey within that is the path that leads to freedom from fear into love. I'm in awe of Laurie's growth over the years.I love this book.
