From hundreds of pages of notes and journal entries came A Suzie Story. I thought I knew my sister. I discovered what I knew was only on the surface. What flows below is a complex system of undercurrents and character.A Suzie Story: The Accident was my first attempt at editing and it turned into an occasional battle, with my sister winning nearly every time. (Now that I think about it I had the same battles with my editor.) By the end of the war, I saw her vision and I think she accomplished her goal.It was interesting writing about things we shared, like hiding in the snake tree. And learning how, what I thought was the perfect marriage, abruptly ended in divorce and disappointment. There is much more to Suzie’s life than what is in this book. Suzie fought hard to get more stories about her friends. Up to publishing time she wanted to add other people and stories. But all books must come to an end.If you have enjoyed my other books you will enjoy this one.Thomas Mitchell Shamburger (Editor)Author of: Inquests: Living With the DeadWeddings, Music (For the Not so Rich and Famous) & Funerals
