Huffington I think one of the most important aspects of online dating is setting up one's profile properly. The Author provides excellent tips on photos, how much to write for both men and women. I found the picture angle tip the best regarding left side images. Lots of good stuff in here to give you the edge in attracting attention and that means a better chance at for the first, second, and hopefully third dates.Excellent book.

I did. I am at the age where I know what I want and yes I want to set up the best profile. I am a private person and choose not to confide everything at once. Having underwent one of the main procedures ( panniculectomy) in late 2014, she provides the reader with invaluable information concerning the ins and outs of the procedures: which one is more suited for your condition, what bodily characteristics will make one a better candidate, and of course, the issues of health insurance. This can be a major stumbling block for some, as many insurance companies are not as willing to foot the bill for any parts of surgical procedures if they fall under the category of “cosmetic enhancement” but not so much “medically necessary”.Also included are what to expect with the whole procedure, such as special instructions, expected recovery times, and possible complications to think about. If you are classified as morbidly obese a panniculectomy is a type of procedure to think about when weighing the pros and cons; even though it is more difficult to qualify as a candidate. The other surgical procedure outlined - an abdominoplasty - is most commonly referred to as a “tummy tuck”. Similarities and differences between the two are described in detail. This book will guide you in making informed decisions regarding your health and physical appearance. Always remember to do your homework first just as you would when considering any kind of cosmetic surgical procedure. A recommended read for those who are tired of losing the battle with the “jelly belly” and considering the next best step, but want to get the facts straight about what goes into cosmetic surgery. Very Informative By Buckeyegirl In this book Colleen Deardon gives you all the information that you need on the surgery options to get rid of that stubborn lower belly fat. She even details her own personal experience so that those considering having the surgery know what to expect. She describes the difference between te two different surgeries that are often known as a tummy tuck and letting you know the differences between them including how the procedure is performed, recovery time, and even the cost. I got this book because I have struggled with my weight for years and wondered how those that end up with lose hanging skin after losing a significant amount of weight get rid of it. I learned many new things from this book including how cumbersome have that excess skin can be. If you are considering having a procedure on your stomach, grab this book as it is a great resource tool.

There are too many women and girls who are trying to remove their lower belly fat and I am one of them. I tried to remove my belly fat by exercise, diet control, etc., but I did not see any positive results. After reading this book, I believe that surgical options are the best way to remove of lower belly fat that cannot be reduced by diet and exercise. This is really a very informative book about how to remove of lower belly fat surgically. The “Belly Fat Gone” book explores two surgical options, both of which are often referred to as "tummy tucks", to correct this issue when absolutely nothing else works.

True flavors of the Central Utah rural life.The title could easily be 'Deep Water' with the amount of emotions revealed in so many of these poems. It's a keeper on my Kindle!I'm not usually a poetry fan (I tend towards lyrics), but this book is different.

Today is 5/6/15 and I'm already done reading the book. This is a great coming of age story, that I feel many people can relate too. A young teenager trying to find his way. The thing that stood out to me was his origins. I never heard this type of story come from the perspective of a black male from the suburbs. I thought it was very brave of Steve to share his personal journal entries with the world, and it made me realize how much we all have in common no matter your background.I also have never read a book formatted like this. The way he included essays, and poems to help describe his emotions during specific times in his life I feet is genius. For this to be his first book I am very impressed, and cant wait to the next.

Not what expected, very well written By Amazon Customer When I purchased the book, I thought it was going to be about a journey through the events of Hurricane Katrina. Although part of it was, it was mostly about a young African American boy growing up trying to find his identity. Parts of it were extremely funny, while others were extremely sad. Even though I am not African American, I still felt like I understood exactly what he was talking about when he was going on his journey to find his place in the world. Definitely worth the read.

The Essays and Diary entries in this book are well written, interesting, and honest. The book as a whole is well made and intriguing, several times while reading it I found myself wanting to read just one more chapter or one more poem. I would recommend picking up this book.
