About the Author Tom Fortes Mayer is a clinical hypnotherapist living and working in Highgate, North London. He is the creator of the FreeMind process which is a self-hypnosis system that enables people to do deep level healing on themselves. He is also the founder of the FreeMind Project non-profit, which is an organization dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence, success psychology and unconditional happiness to life for as many people as possible. It is also somewhat interactive which I enjoyed. Before we even delve into this book we are given a QR code to scan with our phone (or a link to follow if you prefer) and taken into a deep state of relaxation and are shown that this is where we find our power, peace, and purpose.Peace, Power, and Purpose are also the three pillars that make up the freemind experience. Throughout the book there are other QR Codes and link to help us along our journey. We are also given many practices and exercises to follow to help us achieve peace, power, and purpose.I enjoyed this book and how it was interactive. We are shown the importance of conscious celebration and how to return home to unconditional love.I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from Watkins Publishing in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion of the book.
