By Glenda Olive A very useful handbook for the whole 9 months of pregnancy, and which proves that getting pregnant does not mean we just sit down, limit to just a few activities and anticipate the big day. If you read the book, some fears will disappear and is replaced with excitement and makes any pregnant woman enjoy each moment. What I like the most is, the book features the right kind of exercises for each trimester and what activities to avoid, so no fear, just enjoy the pregnancy!Love it.

By Christine This book is great because it provides a great amount of information regarding to exercise, nutrition for pregnant women who are looking to have a healthy baby and smooth delivery. Particularly in the combat morning sickness chapter, the author recognize this is a big challenge for most pregnant women, and often they don't know how to deal with it. I'd recommend this book to anyone!
